I have setup my own network and have peer to peer on lan 10gb/s link speeds thanks to a 10gb/s switch and cat 6a shielded rj45 throughout the house. My plex sever is also hosted from my house and have it connected to this network. It has all my favourite movies and TV shows and I share my media with friends too!
